Introduction: Elephantiasis nostras verrucosa (ENV) is a rare, chronic, deforming disorder characterized by hyperkeratosis and papillomatosis of the epidermis with underlying woody fibrosis of the dermis and subcutaneous tissue resulting from chronic nonfilarial lymphoedema.
